Bella is currently 19.6 lbs. She is said to be a cream schnauzer though some have questioned if she may have poodle in her or wheaten terrier. I am not familiar enough on the schnauzer breed/mixes of the sort. 4 years old.

She heartworm negative, spayed, up to date on shots, and now microchipped under the rescue and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention.
She's had a bath to get all the flea dirt off of her and she's been trimmed up with all matting removed. She use to have a home with a doggy door and she is housetrained. Said to be good with children and is good with other dogs. She's a great girl! Happy to have a lap to sit in!

She was an owner surrender to our local shelter. Reasoning said the current owner didn't have enough time for her anymore due to a divorce.

I really could not say enough good things about this dog. Every one of us that have met her have said if we were looking for a dog... she would be "the one." She truly is amazing. Seems soft tempered. Even does a fun open mouth play bite on my hand sometimes. Likes to be near her human. Loves cuddles! Did great on the leash at an event yesterday. Great around other dogs and my daughter. I mean... really... she rocks. We want to find the best possible home for her though.

We are preferring a home with a yard since she use to have a doggy door. We want her to at least still enjoy the pleasures of a yard she is use to. We need to find someone that knows about heartworm prevention and will keep her on it. Knows she will need groomed regularly or she will mat. Basically we are looking for a good pet owner that will spoil her!
