Our Rockers Rescue pets are currently in foster homes that help us save lives. When you choose to adopt from a rescue, you help open space for us to save another life in need. Thank you for considering adoption! We are able to meet at PetSmart Shreveport (and possibly elsewhere.)

Estimated 8 weeks old around Oct 1st
Litterbox trained.
These kittens are raised around a 6yr old child that is respectable with pets.They are also other cat and dog friendly!
We have had our series of kitten shots, microchipped, and spayed/neutered!
There are 3 of us. In pictures you can tell us apart because Rece has the most white on her face. Cy has a black nose and chin and Patty Cake has a black spot to the left of her nose. We are so cute!

History: These babies were rescued from a recycle dump. They were very sick and needed medicine to get better. The vet believed them to have a very bad upper respiratory infection. Rece and Cy were named after the word Recycle. Patty Cake was named after one of the ladies that helped us with their rescue. We had to give them a week of meds and we were so happy that they began to thrive!

About: Rece is the little runt. She is the one I have always considered dainty though she has become very adventurous. We were very concerned she would not pull through as she was the sickest when little so we are very thankful to have this little girl. She is a sweet baby. I have not tried her on the kitten harness yet but I think she would allow it and learn as she grew more confident.

Some Notes: *This kitty is to be an indoors kitty. <<< If you are after an indoors/outdoors or outdoors only kitty then this is not the right kitty for you. We can help find one to meet those needs though! Just ask. This particular one...not it. Indoors only. <3

*We also do not approve of declawing. We request that you research that. We have seen many cases where cats become irritable or stop using the litter box etc. and people try to surrender them to us.

About Meeting Me: Our pets are in foster homes that help us save lives. If you are interested in meeting or adopting, please start by filling out an application. Directions are below. Once everything is cleared, we can schedule a meet at PetSmart in Shreveport or at your home. We all must understand kitties will likely be nervous at first in a new environment. If you are wanting to pick between certain kitties just let us know. )

Vetting:

Kittens have had all sets of kitten series vaccines so they are good for a year. Also up to date on rabies vaccine.
One of the litter was tested for FIV FeLV and was negative. That means they did not carry a disease.
I was dewormed.
I am Microchipped (that fee is included in kitties adoption donation fee. It is a one time fee so no yearly expenses. We use PetLink. Just ask if you have questions on how microchips work. )
I am spayed (girl) /neutered (boy).

About Applying to Adopt: This Kitty has a $40 adoption donation fee (microchip and altering/rabies fee is included) This fee generally NEVER covers how much we actually spend on the animal. We are a 501c3 non profit so the fee goes back into our volunteer rescue to help us save more lives. We function solely on donations.
